Booking FAQs

No — Square Appointments lets you book without creating an account. Just pick a time, fill in your name and contact info, and you'll get a confirmation.
No worries — just DM me on Instagram or reply to the confirmation email and we'll reschedule. Things come up, I get it.
You don't have to do anything special — I can remove the old strings myself if it's still strung. Just bring the head and know what you want. If you have specific mesh you'd like me to use, bring that too.
Yes, cash is accepted for local drop-off/pickup. For mail-in orders, payment via Venmo or Square (card) is required before the head ships back to you.
